They are only used by Adeagle app to create marketing assets or marketing materials or such to be able to perform marketing actions on behalf of the Adeagle app user.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services or your breach of these Terms.

We disclaim all warranties, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and title. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. Further, Adeagle does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site or the app itself. The materials appearing on Adeagle’s website or Shopify App Store could include technical, typographical, factual, or photographic errors. Adeagle does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Adeagle may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However, Adeagle does not make any commitment to update the materials.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services, whether based on contract, strict liability, or any other legal theory. In no event shall Adeagle or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Adeagle app or the materials on Adeagle’s website, even if Adeagle authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Adeagle has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website or the sites that are linked by its advertisments and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site or the ads that are promoting such content. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Adeagle of the site. Use of any such linked website or ad is at the user’s own risk and liability.

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to Adeagle and its services at any time without notice, in our sole discretion, for any reason including, but not limited to, breach of these Terms of Service or any applicable law, rule, or regulation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, or any campaign or ad associated with your account, at any time and without prior notice, in our sole discretion, for any reason including, but not limited to, violation of these Terms of Service, violation of applicable laws or regulations, or any other conduct that we, in our sole discretion, determine is inappropriate.

 

Reasons for account suspension can include pending payments on your account or other accounts associated with the same user, ads displaying forbidden types of products, campaigns deliberately put in the wrong categories, or any other violation of these Terms of Service. If you require more information or wish to dispute the suspension, please contact

We are not responsible for any damages or losses arising from the suspension or termination of your account, including, but not limited to, impact on your business, any loss of data or content associated with your account. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from or related to the suspension or termination of your account.

You may not assign these Terms of Service or any rights or obligations hereunder, whether by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms of Service or any rights or obligations hereunder without your consent.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms to which you agree when using particular elements of Adeagle, constitute the entire agreement between you and Adeagle with respect to your use of Adeagle and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Adeagle with respect to your use of Adeagle.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Service and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
