Creating an effective marketing campaign is essential for driving traffic, increasing sales, and building brand awareness. With Adeagle, our powerful marketing app designed specifically for Shopify stores, you can easily create and manage campaigns that resonate with your target audience. In this article, we’ll walk you through the four simple steps to set up a successful campaign using Adeagle.

Step 1: Set Up Your Campaign

Step 1: Set Up Your Campaign
  1. Campaign Name:
    • The first step is to provide a unique and descriptive name for your campaign. This name will serve as a convenient reference point for you to identify the campaign later on.
    • Ensure that the name reflects the purpose or theme of your campaign.
  2. Select a Category:
    • Choosing the right category is crucial. It ensures that your ads are displayed on relevant websites and apps.
    • Adeagle offers a variety of categories, such as “Clothing & Accessories”, “Electronics”, “Home & Garden” and so on. Select the one that aligns with your product or service.
  3. Ad Display Settings:
    • If you’re on the free plan, it’s mandatory to decide how ads will be displayed on your website.
    • As part of the ad exchange in the free plan, displaying ads on your store is a prerequisite for showcasing your own ads.
    • If you prefer not to display ads on your website, consider upgrading to one of our advanced plans.

Step 2: Set Up Targeting

Step 2: Set Up Targeting
  1. User Interests:
    • Adeagle allows you to target users based on their interests. This feature significantly enhances your campaign’s performance.
    • Align these interests with the products or services you’re promoting. For example, if you sell fitness apparel, target users interested in fitness, wellness, and active lifestyles.
    • By doing so, your ads will reach users genuinely interested in your offerings, increasing the likelihood of clicks and conversions.
  2. Geographic Targeting:
    • Specify the countries where you want your ads to appear. Adeagle’s algorithm will prioritize displaying your ads in these selected countries.
    • This is especially important if your products are shipped exclusively to particular regions.
    • Tailor your campaign to reach the most relevant audience and maximize its impact.
    • Remember that you only need to set this up once, with your first campaign. Then, the following campaigns will use your default setting.
    • If you wish to change your geographic targeting afterwards, you can always do that in the Settings section.

Step 3: Select Products for Your Campaign

Step 3: Select Products for Your Campaign

In this step, you’ll choose the specific products and collections that you want to highlight in your campaign:

  1. Individual Products or Entire Collections:
    • You have the flexibility to select individual products or entire collections. Highlight the products that best align with your campaign’s goals.
  2. Syncing Collections:
    • Consider enabling the ‘Syncing Collections’ option. When activated, this ensures that the products featured in your campaign stay synchronized with your collections. Any changes, such as adding or removing products from collections, will be seamlessly reflected in your campaign.
  3. Age-Appropriate Products:
    • Confirm that the chosen products are suitable for all age groups, complying with Shopify’s requirements.

Step 4: Configure Campaign Settings

Step 4: Configure Campaign Settings
  1. Campaign Priority:
    • Select your campaign’s priority. If you create multiple campaigns, impressions from your impression pool will be distributed among them based on priorities.
    • Higher priorities mean more impressions for that specific campaign. Strategically allocate resources based on your goals.
  2. AI Optimization:
    • Decide whether to leverage AI optimization. Enabling this feature empowers our system to dynamically adjust priorities, manage activations and pauses of specific creatives and products.
    • Alternatively, you can manually set the priorities of your ads and products.
  3. Activate Your Campaign:
    • Click the ‘Save’ button to bring your campaign to life!
    • Congratulations! Your campaign is now active and ready to make an impact.

Finally, Remember: Continuous Optimization Is Key!

Even when your campaign is active and running, there’s always room for improvement. Optimization is an ongoing process that can significantly impact your campaign’s effectiveness. Let’s explore some essential strategies to fine-tune your ads and maximize their impact:

  1. Compelling Images:
    • Visual appeal matters! Invest time in creating high-quality images for your ads. Clear, eye-catching visuals grab users’ attention and encourage them to explore further.
    • Use images that showcase your product or service in the best light. Highlight unique features, benefits, or use cases.
    • Test different images: A/B test various visuals to see which ones resonate best with your audience.
  2. Captivating Titles and Descriptions:
    • Craft engaging and concise titles. These are the first things users notice.
    • Be specific: Clearly convey what your product offers. Use action-oriented language (e.g., “Shop Now,” “Discover,” “Get 20% Off”).
  3. Landing Page Optimization:
    • Ensure that the landing page your ad leads to is relevant and user-friendly.
    • Consistency: The landing page should align with the ad content. If you’re promoting a specific product, direct users to that product’s page.
    • Fast loading: Slow-loading pages frustrate users. Optimize your landing page for speed.
  4. Audience Targeting:
    • Know your audience: Understand their demographics, interests, and behaviors.
    • Refine targeting: Use Adeagle’s targeting options effectively. Narrow down your audience based on location, interests, and other relevant factors.
    • Personalization: Tailor your ads to specific audience segments. Speak directly to their needs and preferences.
  5. Mobile Optimization:
    • Mobile-first: Many users browse on mobile devices. Ensure your landing pages are mobile-responsive.
    • Test on mobile: Preview your shop on different devices to ensure it looks great and functions well.
  6. Monitor and Adjust:
    • Regularly analyze performance metrics. Track clicks, conversions, and engagement.
    • Iterate: If an ad isn’t performing well, tweak it. Adjust headlines, images, priorities or targeting.
    • Impression allocation: Allocate resources based on what’s working. Prioritize high-performing campaigns and ads.

Remember, successful advertising involves continuous learning and adaptation. Stay informed, experiment, and refine your approach. With Adeagle’s powerful tools, you’re well on your way to achieving your campaign goals!
